please help , too many cross connection on calls

Hello Please help

I have been facing lots of problem since i upgraded my server to version 3 of goautodial, initially it was not time syncronizing , tried lots of options finally thought of fresh installation.

i have downloaded fresh copy of latest goautodial 3 and all set and was working since last 2 weeks back, and few days back i did yum update, now since last 4 to 5 days i have observed that there is lots of calls which are cross connecting to agents,

eg. a single agent who is already on call , can hear another call and at times i grows to as many as 4 to 6 calls cross connecting to single agent. and i have altogether 12 agents and almost all are complaining for this same issue, i rebooted, and did all sort of check , but no joy.

i am attaching my cli log please go through and let me know what is going wrong, it worked for first few days fine now what is going wrong.

and also want to mention though all my agents has logged out , still i am able to see peers have a look at this, i rebooted the system still it is showing up , please explain why.

There are a number of reasons why you can get cross-calls.

1. Overloaded server
2. Network disruption
3. Slow agent workstation/desktop
4. Misconfigurations

What are the specs of your server? Can you also post your load average when dialing?
