Automatic call forwarding

Hello,
We are a company operating in the field of electricity.
We use Goautodial version 3 for our call center to record customer complaints and requests and also to respond to their needs.
We have a GSM gateway that is connected to our Goautodial server, for receiving external calls.
We have 4 agents in our call center, with extensions from 800 to 803.
We want to set up an automatic call forwarding when an agent is busy.
For example:
- If the GSM gateway number is 94012345
- If all agents are free, when a call comes in, all agents' extensions should ring (i.e. extensions 800 to 803)
- If for example agent 800 is online (whose number 94012345 is occupied by agent 800), when a new call comes in, only free agents' extensions should ring (i.e. agents 801,802,803). And so on...

we no longer support GoAutodial v3. The call flow you provided can meet your requirements using Ingroup features.
