I need help please.
I am using the Goautodial V3 and i have two concerns:
First one: My inbound call campaign is set for 24 hours, but every day the system disconnects around 1 a.m for a few minutes. Please help me resolve this system disconnection issue.
The second concern: How do i enable call in incoming queue on the agent interface?

GOautodial Version 3 is no longer supported or maintained. It's recommended to upgrade to a newer version for better support and access to new features
