No sound on live call

Im having issues on live call, no sounds in both ends, please identify what I need to fix to the issues

Did you hear the voice prompt upon logging in? That serves as an indicator if your dialer is properly configured. Could you provide a screenshot of the Asterisk CLI from login until making a call so we can review your issue?
