DROP in inbound groups

Hi,

i have problem with DROP in inbound in version 2.1, I explained the problem, the problem is instead of DROP I have Inbound Queue Timeout now so it distorts the stats because I need the percentage of the DROP

please check your campaign settings

increase the Drop Call Seconds in the ingroups, so that u can achinve the DROP status instead of timeout status
