GOautodial System Structure for Cluster setup

Added by Zubrix Technologies over 1 year ago

I have gone through the GOautodial System Structure, and want to know below queries.

1) Can we use cPanal hosting to install GOautodial v4 UI part only? If Yes please share the steps.
2) For cluster setup do I need separate servers for Asterisk and (Kamalio, RTP engine)?
3) How to enable Multi-Tenant contact center feature for handling different clients?

Hi

1) Can we use cPanal hosting to install GOautodial v4 UI part only? If Yes please share the steps.
-- We havent try using cPannel. You can try by installing Centos7 Minimal and follow the steps posted here https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/Version_4_How_To_Install_Goautodial_From_Scratch_using_CentOS_7X

2) For cluster setup do I need separate servers for Asterisk and (Kamalio, RTP engine)?
-- Kamailio and RTPengine should be in one server.
3) How to enable Multi-Tenant contact center feature for handling different clients?
--Multi-tenant still on our roadmap.

Thanks

Hi,

Do I need different servers for Kamalio and the RTP engine when setting up a cluster?
RTPengine and Kamailio ought to be on the same server.
-- RTPengine & Kamailio should be running in 1 server only

How can I activate the multi-tenant contact center feature to manage various clients ?
---Multi-tenant still in our roadmap.

Thanks
