if the phone code (country code) is not available. How can i add the phone code. I need to dial to Bangladesh and code is 00880 or 880.

If it's not available in the dropdown menu, choose "Load from lead file" and load it from your leads file. You need to create a column that has the country/phone code. Match it to it's corresponding entry (for phone code).

Yap got the BD code (880)in the list but if i select the code and upload the leads in campaign, leads dont sync with campaign. On the other hand if i load the lead with US code 1 it sync.

What do you mean sync?

Lead is uploaded but campaign does not have any leads.

You might need to set your dial hours/calling hours settings in the campaign to 24 hour to test the leads.

I did that but only campaign leads is up when it is load with 1 but when load with 880 lead is down.
