no dialing showing zero lead in hopper but there lead in campaign

hi all
no call are coming to agent lead are there in the campaign but its show ZERO (0) lead to dial in the hopper

so no call to agent

can any one help in this

Hi,
It means you dialed all the leads in hopper, recycle the leads so you can dial it again. Check as well your hopper settings, you can set a value on how many leads you can dial. for example you have 1000 leads loaded, you can set 300 leads to dial 300/1000.

hello
there are lead (5000)in to dial but is not going to hopper.
hopper show ZERO (0)lead to dial i have check with time also it 24hr.
i have reset the hopper also but no change same think

any idea !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check your campaigns Dial Statuses if the statuses of your leads are included.

yes lead are there in the campaigns statuses but the hopper show Zero lead i have reset the hopper many time but no change

can you provide a informations or screenshot of your Campaign Dial Statuses.

Hi Roldan,
Please see the previous post and make sure you did check everything from your campaign settings, hopper settings, recycle the leads, campaigns Dial Statuses if the statuses of your leads are included and have tried changing the local call time to 24 hours.

Reboot yr Dialer and then ask AGENTs to stop dialing MANUAL CALL from the agent screen strictly and then see... Call will NOT stop !!
