onhook agent call get disconnected after answered

Hi,

I'm using GOautodial V4, facing issue after enable on hook agent to 'Y'.
incoming call ring to agent phone, call disconnected after pick up.
But the customer still on MOH.

Please help.

Try disabling the AMD in the campaign settings.
