GOautodial Open Source Omni-channel Contact Center Suite

Hello,

I have been using Goautodial v3 for last few months, and it was going verymuch fine. until this morning when i tried to start the server i am unbale to do so it is stuck at "switchroot: mount failed: No such file or directory
Kernel panic - not syncing: attemted to kill init!"

i have attached the screen shot for more clearity.

please help me to fix the problem.
