Routing Inbound call to a specific agent

Hi,

Is there any way I can route an inbound call to a specific agent based on the incoming call phone number.
I can have some kind of mapping of agent and phone no. and call gets automatically routed to the assigned agent based on incoming call phone number.

Please post or provide us the screenshots of your mapping of agent and provide us the asterisk CLI log for us to review it.

Hi,

I have not made mapping now. But I can make it in some database table with agent id or user name and Customer number.
Or you can suggest some other way you think would be better for making this possible.
As for My asterisk CLI log they are just usual incoming call log right now, I have not many changes in regards of making this possible.
I was unable to find any way of working around it, I can share screenshot if you still need it or any other detail you require.
