Hello everyone,

I have just followed the install of v4 from the ISO. Had a few issues with Kamalia but worked them out and now have a live test agent made and working.

I made a few calls on the v4 and saw the system load at 0.47 for a single agent. The system is a r620 with 32 cores, 64 gig ddr3, raid 10 ssd giving me a total of 1.1tb.

I am planing on running a 15 agent campaign on this installation. this will be a blended inbound/outbond calling with ratio or predictive dialing.

Will this single system be enough from them to run with no issues? or should i break the services out to a cluster installation? and if so what would be the optimal balance for the cluster?
