Hi ,

Inbound campaign , when calls hits on dialer , if the agents are not in pause as well .its not hittting ,showing call is waiting ..also in real time teport it showing agents are in pause...BUT THEY ARE NOT IN PAUSE ,can anyone help me out please

Please post your Asterisk CLI when dialing.
