Survey Campaign press 1

Dear All
I want to use Survey Campaign press 1 to create a Campaign.
Steps:
  1. customer receives the call was interested to hear the voice press 0
  2. Transferred to the transfer agent can hear music on hold abc file.
    3 The agent on the phone can be transferred to the account manager or technical engineers, transferred can hear music on hold.
    4. Account manager or technical engineers to transfer back to the agent.

How to do? I use the version is 3.0

Hi.
My call flow below.
1. I need auto-dial outbound 200 or more of the calls sent to the client at the same time.
2. Callee answer call and hear Welcome audio and press "0" asterisk play first On-Hold and transfer agent.
3. Agent talk with callee can transfer to other Agent on call and by IP phone . On transfer callee can 2th music On-Hold.
4. Hang up the call.

We suggest that you create an ingroup for your agents so they can transfer the callee to other available agent.
