Goautodial redirecting supervisor to agent panel

Hi, i created new users and give them a supervisor user group but they redirecting to agent dashboard.

Hi,

Make sure the user level is 7 or more.

Ok, it is working. Thank you. I created 2 user group. First one is Agent, Secont one is Teamleader. How to define this hierarchy. Teamleader group need to see agents report. If i create only one user group and put agents and team leaders in the same group it is working but if i need to set something on agents i need to do it for all agent users.

Also is there any document about user groups and levels?

Unfortunately we dont have a documentation at the moment. however for the levels.

1 - fronter
2-5 - closer or fronter
7 - report viewing only
8 - limited manager
9 - full access
