please help me with the disposition /recordings/userlevel issue

Hello

Please Help me, I have started using the new version 3 of Go Autodial, and have observed that there are few things making me go crazy,

first of all, there was a sale call which was disposed as sale made, and immediately went to the recordings search and downloaded the file , however after an hour or so, did the same call search by disposition as sale made, to my surprise i am unable to find it, but when searched with the phone number the file was there and the disposition had changed to Agent Error,. but how is that changed from sale made to agent error.

i checked for more agent error as disposition , but no other was found so far yet, could you please tell me why this happened,

one more thing, i have observed that there are red crosses beside the recordings why is it marked red cross, please tell me.

for more clarity on these i am attaching screen shots along with this , please check and let me know.

one more thing to ask, i have created a user in admin group as quality, with user-level as 7 , i am unable to login to admin panel , where as if i manually change the web-address to http://serverip/vicidial/admin.php then i am able to login and am able to see the reports only,

however i cant to with the new web-based login , if i change the user-level to 8 then only i can login , but this gives the user far more accessibility then what level 7 has, please help me how to over come this, as i want only option to view and do call barging as it is in userlevel7.

The minimum user level is 8 when using the GOadmin application. You can create a new user group that can only view the dashboard and monitor calls. You need to update to the latest version by running:

#yum update -y
