Agent on pause

I have installed goautodial using the ISO image, configutred kamailio and rtpengine,
However when i login, the agent is on pause, how can I unpause the agent

Can you post the output of:

screen -ls

[root@callcenter ~]# screen -ls
There are screens on:

I realized agent was on pause because I had not pressed the "play button"
