After the latest update it was a breeze to setup our IP authentication service Thanks Devs!!!
Question is this
Most of our lists that we dial off of have multiple contacts at the same location with the same general number. Were trying to think of a way we can segment the list or some way to identify those so we dont call the secretary 10 times one after another asking for different people. Any suggestions?

Leaving a comment on the client/lead information comment box can be helpful. Or the lead can be tagged as a personal callback? Not really sure since you have multiple contacts with the same phone number. And we can't apply the duplicate checking here. :D
