You need to do it manually. The won't be able to do it automatically. The scratch install: GOautodial App Install From Scratch can help you do this.

The easiest would be to copy your WAV or GSM file to:
/var/lib/asterisk/sounds
Rename it to: "conf-onlyperson-original.wav" or "conf-onlyperson-original.gsm".
You can also replace the entry "conf-onlyperson-original" with your sound file in:
/usr/local/bin/listener.pl
