Hi,
presently i am using goautodial 2.4b and would like to do call transfer within the group, ie. from an agent to a supervisor, may be for consultation or call closer. could you please help me in setting it , as of now when on live call if i press park and then transfer button, i am able to see the options like to transfer to a 3rd party by entering a number , but i don’t want that i want to transfer this live call to another agent or a supervisor logged on another computer. please help
