Dispositions

hi,

My agents close the browser while in dispo. Is it there is a chance to retrieve the recordings without a dispositions?

Hi,

Good day! You can use the Search for a Lead feature of your Dialer and search for the phone number or you can further check the recordings on /var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE/ORIG/

as soon he press the Hangup customer the call recording stops and stored in var/spool/asterisk/monitor

hi striker,

Im sorry, he supposed to be in disposition but he accidentally closed the browser. I get the phone number and searched it but i didnt found the recording.
I think i cant found the recording if it doesnt dispo.
