Manual Dial Transfer

I am using GoAutoDial v3 RC1b. When agent manually dials a number the option to transfer that live call in greyed out. It works fine while using the auto dial just not on the manual dial. Any idea on how to enable this feature?

Also in the campaign settings some options wont stay changed after I save like the 3 way call caller ID I would like it to be the customers number.

Hi Eric Fluharty,

By default 3-way features are enabled.

To test your concern i tested each Dial Method (from AUTO_DIAL, MANUAL, to PREDICTIVE) to check if I will encounter same issue that you posted so far all my testing on transfer button and 3-way caller ID feature are working fine.

Try to test it again by creating new campaign and let us know if you still encountered same problem.

The campaign is set to auto dial and I pause from the agent gui and click manual dial. I can't transfer from that call.

Good day! We made further testing but we can't replicate the issue you encountered. It would be better if you attach a screenshot so we could check further on your concern.

Also during a transfer when I hit leave 3 way call nothing happens. All 3 phones stay connected. I am trying to transfer to an external closer not a local closer.

Really not being able to leave the transfer is the biggest issue cause I have to mute the phone and stay on the line for the deal to close.

I just did a complete reinstall and still have the same issues itried both 32bit and 64bit.

Biggest issue:
1. Call Comes in
2. Click transfer button
3. Enter number to transfer to
4. Click Dial with customer
5. Wait for all parties to connect
6. Click leave 3-way (but I never leave the 3-way)

On step 6 when I click leave 3-way nothing happens are parties still connected.

Second issue:
1. Click pause from agent window
2. Click manual dial from the bottom
3. Enter number
4. Click dial
5. Call connects
6. Transfer button is greyed out.

Hi, try using park customer dial instead, this will place the customer on hold prior to transfer but should let you leave the 3 way

I tried this same results

1. Call Comes in

4. Click Park and dial
5. Call connects to transfer number
6. Click grab call
7. Click leave 3-way (but I never leave the 3-way)
