goautodial add "in_file" in dial plan

Added by John Victor Carreon almost 12 years ago

Hi,

I installed goautodial 3.0. We can accept inbound successfully but we have issue with outbound. We call outbound if the number is manually entered. But when we start autodial, it generates an error that it was not a valid extension. I have done asterisk -vr and I found out that there a "in_file" inserted between the prefix and the phonenumber. That text was not indicated in our dial plan. It appears something like this,

Starting Local/8600066@default-f6e2,1 at default,XXin_file8XXXXXXXXX,1 failed so falling back to exten 's'

Our dial plan looks like this

exten => _89XXXXXXXXXX,1,AGI
exten => _89XXXXXXXXXX,2,Dial(${XXXXXXX}/${EXTEN:2},,Ttor)
exten => _89XXXXXXXXXX,3,Hangup

Need help like badly. Any ideas will be much appreciated.

Thanks

go to goautodial v3 admin page
check in the campaign for dialPrefix , what you have entered.

Make sure you willbe doing all your settings in goautodial admin not in the defautl vicidial admin page.

Hi Striker,

Thanks for the reply.

I have checked my campaign dial prefix. I am using the same settings in my another installation of GoAutoDial CE 3.0 RC1 which is working.

Attached is a screenshot (screen.png) from my campaign settings.

You don't need to hard-code anything. Follow these instructions on our Wiki: Howto_Setup_an_Inbound_Campaign_30.
