goAdmin Dialplan Entry into Carrier not taking effect.Getting Error Carrier not modified.

Hi,

I am trying to edit dialplan entry from GoAdmin->Carrier Settings but when I am saving the settings
I am getting pop-up message "Carrier not modified" and going into infinite time for loading.And hence my changes are not getting saved.

I have dialplan

exten => _961.,1,AGI
exten => _961.,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:3}@ITECH-DIALER,,tTo)
exten => _961.,3,Hangup

with which I am getting extension not valid issue while doing manual call.

I want to change dialplan to

exten => _961.,1,AGI
exten => _961.,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:1}@ITECH-DIALER,,tTo)
exten => _961.,3,Hangup
to see how it goes.

Please help.I will appreciate.
