Survey Campaign on Goautoidal 2.1

I have setup a Survey Campaign on Goautodial 2.1 everything is working fine but.

now i want multiple customers to get the IVR message at a time ...

right now only one customer is getting the IVR at a time and rest all calls are just shown as dialing on the Campaign report ,

what should i do to deliver the Ivr message to multiple customers at a time ?

I have even set the Dial ratio to max ...

increase the AGENTS per campaign.
