you don't have permission

Hello dear friends

I have a big concern and it really make me a big problem,

when I want to enter the message campagais I think you have the permission to viex this page, but I do not know what I do know, that I realized that I have no rights, s' you gentlemen like me help me

Good day! May i know what are you trying to access. e.g. Campaign settings..etc. kindly provide a screenshot so we can help you better.

make sure the admin id should be in righ User Groups, and admin interface options set to 1

Hi,

What is the user level of the USER ID you are using. Please make sure it has admin rights. You can also check the "ADMIN INTERFACE OPTIONS" and check if "Modify Campaigns" and "Campaign Detail" is set to 1.
