agent not available but its showing calls are still ringing
agent not available but calls are still ringing for long time,and next calls are not getting connected due to dial level
e.g. i have set the dial level to 3 , in the beginning 2 to 3 calls getting connected but after that its showing calls are ringing and no calls are connecting .
what to do its very urgent.
i have attached screen shot!!

make sure calls are dialling and you should have enough trunk channels to dialout
