Can't record a survey campaign

Description

When I create a survey campaign "PRESS1" to talk to an agent, there is no option to activate the recording of the campaign.

If I change in the database the "campaign recording" field to ALLFORCE, the call is dropped when I press 1. If it's set to NEVER, the call is transfered but I can't get any call recorded.

Is there any way to record a survey calls?
