Hi All,

I am using GoAutoDial CE 2.1, There is Difference Between Total of Agent Logout / login time and Total time  of AGENT ACTIVITY FOR THIS TIME PERIOD as total time calculated in AGENT ACTIVITY FOR THIS TIME PERIOD is more than the total time in logout and login time , which should not happen.
