Can't make the name of the companies in Cyrillic

How can I write the name of the campaigns in Cyrillic? Cyrillic characters are not entered in the "Campaign name" field.

Cyrillic characters are entered in sheets, but not displayed correctly. Instead, I see ???? ??????
