Hi Team,

Please check Ingroup>Advance Settings>Accept Calls when there are No Available Agents, EXTENSION and DID values are not saving.

Nag test na po ako dito working and saving na po ung Ingroup>Advance Settings>Accept Calls when there are No Available Agents
