Custom Settings for the Carriers are gone on the gui after saving.

Since my carriers would require me to include a prefix for dialing, .. i made
changes to dial plan for the specific carrier but after saving and checking ..
it would not show as well the saved settings, but in the vicidial extensions conf ,
it would show the actual configuration.

Please check as this could also mislead people into using the system with their
custom carrier pages.
