Hi Team,
Please apply the following in our Inbound
In Telephony> Add a Phone Number DID/TFN> DID Wizard ยป Create New DID
1. DID Details = Remove DID Route and Active Fields.
2. Route Settings = Remove Step 2.
In Telephony> Phone Numbers (DIDs/TFNs)> Choose a DID
When DID Route = Agent display the following settings:
if Agent Unavailable Action = VOICEMAIL
a. Display VOICEMAIL BOX Textbox with VOICEMAIL CHOOSER
Table: vicidial_inbound_dids
Field: voicemail_ext
if Agent Unavailable Action = Phone
c. Display all Phones using Dropdown menu
Table: vicidial_inbound_dids
Field: phone
if Agent Unavailable Action = In-group
d. Display all In-groups using Dropdown menu
Table: vicidial_inbound_dids
Field: group_id
if Agent Unavailable Action = Custom Extension
e. Display Extension and Extension Context using textbox
Table: vicidial_inbound_dids
Fields: extension and exten_context
Agent Route Settings = AGENTDIRECT (Default Value)
