Hi Team,
Below are the results of my test in campaign settings:
Dial Method:
INBOUND MAN = (not saving)
AutoDial Level = ADVANCE> and set 2.0 (not saving)
AutoDial Level = ADVANCE> and set 4.0 (not saving)
AutoDial Level = ADVANCE> and set 6.0 (not saving)
AutoDial Level = ADVANCE> and set 10.0 (not saving)

Team na test ko na po ito. bale nag sasave na po yung sa inbonud man. napansin ko lang baka po kaya hinde nag save yung advance dial level kas
may equivalent sya sa dial level.
Normal = 2 lines
High = 4 lines
Max = 6 lines
Max Predictive = 10 lines

Hi Jackie,
If you plan to use the below settings in AutoDial Level, its recommended to use SLOW, NORMAL, HIGH, and MAX instead of using Autodial Level = ADVANCE.
Normal = 2 lines
High = 4 lines
Max = 6 lines
Max Predictive = 10 lines
