Update - Not Working - Setting your user level to 8 will let you view all the users assigned to all usergroups, Setting your user level 9 will limit you to view users assigned to your usergroup.
Delete - Not Working - If disabled you are unable to edit or view any users

Campaigns
Create - Working If disabled the menu buttons are not aligned
Review - Working
Update - Working
Delete - Not Working - If disabled you are unable to edit or view any campaigns

List
Create - Not Working - if disabled you can still create a new list
