monitor is not working

Description
asterisk version 1.8.23.0
goautodial 3.3 64 bit.
when click on listen its only showing success calling not connecting .
tried to install yum install glibc-devel
getting following error
Repository goautodial-current is listed more than once in the configuration
Repository goautodial-updates is listed more than once in the configuration
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
http://vault.centos.org/5/centosplus/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] HTTP Error 404: Not Found
Trying other mirror.
Error: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository: base. Please verify its path and try again
how do i fix this .

You need to upgrade OS or use vault version repo.
