Hi ,
wanted to know if for use user login page once i get into the main dialer page.i need an option where once i click on Manual dial the dial should happen via my soft phone ( Zoiper /eye beam) etc .Can this be possible if so please guide me .

I recommend enabling this feature in the campaign so that the agent can perform the manual link within the goautodial.
