Agent UI manual dial button greyed out

When my agents are in manual dial mode, the next call or lead does not load and the dial next button remains greyed out. I have changed some of the links on the bottom of the page to buttons though that is the only difference from fresh install from the CE 2.1 ISO
I've also tested this on campaigns that are set to Manual dials and the bug is present.

Demian,
Have you used the vicidial.fix.php file? coz i know i fixed the logged in as user position and i also removed the extra br tag in the middle of dial next and park call buttons and also the "NO ACTIVE CALLBACKS","MANUAL DIAL" & "FAST DIAL" links' top position are automatically goes up whenever the call notes are disabled. And about what knotbeerdan posted... he said he altered the links and changed it to buttons... maybe there was a conflict on the code names/ids that made some errors on the script.

Oo. Even on a fresh install the bug is present. I tested this with a newly installed system.

I tested it on hv008 and ok naman ung dial next... try ko install d2 sa vbox ko...

Natest ko na sa vbox ko... ganun nga... na fix ko na din... ung naging bug is... dati kasi ginawa natin na deactivated ung dial next pag magdidispose kasi naka-activate pa din dahil nilagay natin sa gilid ung dispo screen... umiba uli ung code nung svn kaya naiba din ung behavior nya... kindly test na lang uli :) then if ok na pati ung buttons ni james, gagawan ko na ng patch.
