Hello,

After configuring a campaign for survey mode (8366), uploading the asterisk formated audio file, I start the campaign, vicidial calls the leads(in this case my own number for testing), my phone rings but I hear no message.

any idea of what have I missed on configuration?

Hi,
The problem would be with the audio file you have uploaded. The format might be incorrect, make sure you have 16bit Mono 8k PCM WAV audio files.

Make sure that the audio file is in correct format. It should be 16bit Mono 8k PCM WAV audio files.
