Hi,

Can you post your Goautodial version and Asterisk Version. What type of recordings where you searching? Is it recording for
predictive/autodial or is it recordings for manual dials?

Hello Tristan,

I am using Goautodial 3.3 and Asterisk Version 1.8.

The recording is for autodial and manual dials.

I am searching for MP3 or WAV. I am not able to any kind of recordings.

Thank you in advance.

Hi Kishan,

Try to update your server using our GIThub repository. The recording search is now tied up with lead searching and the Recording link from the right menu is now deprecated.

Cheers,
Chris

Hi,

I am able to see the recordings in lead search now. But When I try to download it nothing happens.
I click on eject symbol and gives me an option to save the file when I click on save no files get saved.
I tried Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox still the same issue.

Please help

Hi Kishan,

Have you tried clicking the play icon? Did it play? Also, please check the file /etc/httpd/conf.d/goautodial.conf and see if the IP you're using to access the file is added at the end of this line: Allow from 127.0.0.1 192.168 10.10

Cheers,
Chris

Yes. I tried to play and it did not play any. I made sure that goautodial.conf has the mentioned IP and also I tried to change the goautodial.conf to allow=all still the same issue persists.
And I am not able to download either ways.

Hi Kishan,

I'm assuming you have typed service httpd reload to apply the changes made. Also, please check if /var/www/html/sounds folder is a symbolic link pointing to /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/ folder by typing ls -l /var/www/html/sounds.

Cheers,
Chris

Hi Chris

Will try that. Before that there is another issue. I have 8GB Memory. By the End of the Day I see that Physical Memory usage is 90%. I waited for almost 2 days over the weekend to come back to normal but didn't. Every time when I delete all my call recordings(MP3 and ORIG Folders) the Physical Memory comes back to normal.

Also I have 1TB HDD which show always 0% usage. Please help.

Thanks
Kishan
