softphone hangup after every call from agent

Description
hi, my xlite softphone is hanging up automatically when i hang up the call from agent (auto dial or predictive also manual). i have to logout and re-login to reconnect the softphone but after call is hanging up again.
i set up the last version 3.0.

Have you re-install the soft phone and also check after disable the you antivirus software.
