Description
1. reports not generating.
2. recording list not visible enable disable problem.
3. phone login error (Sorry, your phone login and password are not active in this system,
please try again.)
4. user creation problem with user level set (not able to login)

Good day! Please see our answers below.
1. reports not generating. - Did you made a successful call. Did you filter the date range when generating reports.
2. recording list not visible enable disable problem. - Is your server updated to the latest version. Please provide a screenshot if possible.
3. phone login error (Sorry, your phone login and password are not active in this system,
please try again.) - Please make sure the user settings phone login is the same as your Phone extension Agent login. You can also refer to this link http://goautodial.org/boards/3/topics/3795
4. user creation problem with user level set (not able to login) - Is your server updated to the latest version. Please provide a screenshot if possible.
