the same ol' phone login and password are not active in this system message..... grrrrrrrr

Been crawling the web for 2 days now trying to figure this out and there's nothing I can find other than the seemingly canned answer (check the users phone login and password to make sure it matches the phone login and password).

Well I've obviously tried that numerous times having read that about a million times on the web. Does anyone have anything else to say on the subject since, as you can see here, they do.

The phone registers with the system using 7401 and go7401 so I'm at a complete loss and really frustrated...

Hi Greg,

Have you tried setting user "gmalsack" at the Phone settings "Agent Screen Login". Please let us know if it works for you.

Thank you for adjusting my glasses!! Works excellently Ryan! Though actually since the phone login on the agent screen was set to 7401, I set the agent screen login to 7401 as well so they would match.
