Problem with predictive/automatic dialler

Hi guys,

I've installed goautodial CE 3.0 on a Dell PowerEdge R210 II Ultra-compact Rack Server,

Processors 4
Model Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3220 CPU @ 3.30GHz
CPU Speed 3.29 GHz

and everything goes fine with manual calls, from both: sip phones and from the web interface of goautodial.
What i can't resolve is the problem with automatic calls. From reports i can see that all the agents are waiting for calls even why there are calls on queue (calls waiting for agent). Can anyone help me on this? If you need other informations (like asterisk version, centos version, logs from attempts), please ask me!
