career issue

hello
is there any guidance avaialble ?
in autodial campaign i have created 4 career but if i select another career then call goes always one career not able to change career
but in campaign show and selected career but when i see in asterisk cli there is always work one career so traffic pass only one career not able to pass another career
what could be problem ? in extension or something guidance available ?

Do you mean carrier? Have you setup the prefix in the campaigns according to the prefix in the carrier setup?
In my case I use custom prefix
