Often when we made an outgoing call we has the following error in asterisk:

WARNING²¹²⁹³: app_meetme.c:2463 conf_run: Unable to write frame to channel Local/8600055@default-32de,2

and agent get pop up message : "call rejected" Busy
Cause 17 user busy

Goautodial : version 3.0
Asterisk : 1.4.39.1-vici
installation using iso
