0 leads in hopper ONLY on admin side

I have 2 newly created campaigns for outbound calling. I set them up by copying a previous campaign. In these campaigns on the Admin side it shows I have xxx dialable leads with 0 leads in the hopper. The catch is, my agents are not encountering an error that there are 0 leads in the hopper and are able to dial. This is only occurring with the 2 new campaigns. I'm able to bring up a list of leads in the hopper for all other campaigns. I've double checked that the set up mimics the other campaigns. Any suggestions on what's going on?

Hi,

We would be able to help you more if you can provide screenshot and campaign settings. Also does this happen all the time? Did you try to reboot the server or reload the dashboard as well?
