Hi. Badly need any advice.
We've been working on this problem for days now. We're using GoAutoDial CE 2.0 in a call center with currently 4-5 agents on average. We've never had any problems before until we moved to another location.
Now, calls are not getting through when on Adapt dial but has no problem when on Manual Dial.
Please tell me what you need to know or what needs to be done.
