Installation Issue

Hi,

when we install Go Autodial 3.3 on Local network ,It takes a IP by default by DHCP server.
My query is if we reboot our router, does the IP address in Dialer changes to
different IP or it will have same IP address assigned very first time.

Hi,

We suggest you set a static IP on your server and run the update_server_ip command.

set static ip otherwise you have to run one command to update ip everytime.

What kind of IVR you want to setup?

Welcome prompt or with option like press 1 for X Press 2 for Z etc..
