CDR Report

Added by Jacques Henning almost 9 years ago

Hi Guys

Below my system spec, versions and issue.

OS: CentOS release 5.11
Asterisk version: Asterisk 1.8.23.0-1_centos5.go
PHP Version: 5.3.22
Goautodial Version 3.3 latest GIT, updated Friday 24 July 2015 (permissions changed as per howto)
Running as Virtual Machine on ESXi 5.5 (syncing time with local NTP server)
2x Dual Dual Xeon
4 GB of memory
RAID 10 Data store.

I have Goautodial working very well, time, permissions etc all seem in order.
Issue:
Only thing that is "not working" is the CDR report on Campaigns.
When selecting I get the spinning green circle; tailing the Apache error log I get; sh: vitals.st: Permission denied

_Side note for upgrading to latest GIT version:
I installed the stock version from the 3.3 ISO, ran YUM update and followed the GIT instructions.
When doing this Agents could not log in and some "strange" behavior was observed.

Re-installed stock ISO version setup campaign, ran some test scenarios (some bugs but usable), then ran YUM update and GIT update.
Agents could then log in and everything works well accept for CDR.

I was able to replicate this on four different installs._

I would also like to extend my gratitude for such a amazing Distro + tools, I really appreciate the hard work and time put in.

Kind Regards

Hi Team,

FYI please.
CDR is only working if your registered on our JUSTGOVOIP.

Below are the steps:

1. GoTo Admin Settings> Carriers
2. Click Add New Carrier
3. Choose GoAutoDial-JustGoVoip on Carrier Type.

Thank you.
